Florida Gators Cake: Made for a co-worker’s daughter’s high school graduation party. She was headed to UF in the Fall so I used a printout of the school’s logo to create the top layer of the cake. I used a toothpick to draw the design on the top of the cake and then filled it in with frosting. The second layer was just a regular 11x17 layer to ensure there was enough cake for everyone.
