Kitty Litter Cake: Made for my boss, a joke about how he “hates” cats but is the one who ends up taking care of his wife’s cat. It’s a yellow cake baked in an over-sized aluminum cake pan to make it look like a litter box. There’s a thin layer of white frosting on the top of the cake which I then topped with crumbled (large crumbs) graham crackers and brown sugar to create the “litter” effect. The “poops” are Midgee Tooties Rolls rolled out a bit with one end squeezed to, uh, make ‘em look real.We added a *NEW* pooper scooper to the top for laughs.

Tip: Microwave the Tootsie Rolls for 10 secs or less to make them easier to reshape.
